At NW Natural, the main entry doors are ADA compliant and are located on the north side of the building on Taylor Street. Please note that you will be entering a secured facility. You will need to bring a valid ID to gain access beyond the lobby. Restrooms are located behind the security desk on the first floor.
If you are on site at NW Natural during an emergency, please exit the building via the stairs and move to the Salmon Street Springs Fountain on Naito Parkway (2 blocks East).
