Julius Frazier brings over eight years of leadership experience, dedicated to empowering and uplifting BIPOC and youth in his community from an early age. As a young African American college student and former Division 1 prospect, Julius has firsthand experience with the discrimination and silencing often faced in marginalized communities. These experiences have fueled his passion for ensuring that no young person ever feels undervalued, excluded, or incapable of achieving their dreams.

Julius firmly believes in the transformative power of mentorship, crediting his own mentors for shaping the leader he is today. He advocates for mentorship programs to be established in communities worldwide, recognizing them as vital tools for growth, encouragement, and breaking down barriers for the next generation.
