Jordi Hancock is a case manager, recovery coach, writer, and multidisciplinary artist whose work is grounded in trauma‑informed practice, queer lived experience, and a deep commitment to youth and family resilience. With professional backgrounds as a Peer Recovery Coach, Case Manager, and Certified Peer Specialist, Jordi brings steady crisis‑response skills, compassionate communication, and a relational approach to supporting young people and caregivers during challenging transitions. Their two decades in theatre as an actor, director, designer, and playwright strengthened their ability to build trust, adapt quickly, and create spaces where people feel seen and supported. Jordi’s writing blends myth, memory, and meaning making, shaped by a lifelong love of science fiction and fantasy and a belief that stories help us rewrite our lives. They live in Washington State with their partner and continue developing new work that explores resilience, identity, and the magic found in ordinary moments.
