This year, we’re bringing the fun and magic of the holiday season to the BBBS Winter Village!

BBBS families and matches will gather to experience winter cheer together! Join us as we decorate holiday cookies, create winter crafts, drink hot cocoa, and take silly photos at our winter photo booth.

1. Donate Gift Cards

Donate $50 gift cards to distribute to our families. You can either purchase gift cards on your own or donate a set amount to BBBS and we will purchase the gift cards for you. We are seeking a total of 115 gift cards from places such as:

• Fred Meyer
• WalMart
• Visa
• Target
• Amazon

Gift cards can be mailed to, or dropped off at, the BBBS office by December 1st:

2. Donate Winter Wonderland Baskets

Alongside the gift cards, we will be giving each family a winter wonderland basket filled with fun things they can do together! Each basket should contain items for 4-6 people. Ideas include: hot cocoa and marshmallows, cozy socks for everyone, a craft or activity, cookie mix/cookie cutters, frosting/sprinkles, movie passes, popcorn, etc. We are seeking 115 gift baskets.

3. Sponsor an Activity or Volunteer

We will have four main activities throughout the Winter Village: cookie decorating, hot cocoa bar, craft station, and photobooth. By sponsoring an activity, you will purchase the supplies needed to run the event for approximately 150-200 people. Your company name and logo will be on signs for your station, and your business will be promoted on our social media channels!

Want your employees to be the cookie decorating team? Crafting table creatives? Hot cocoa bar café servers? Photobooth squad? Each opportunity gives your employees the opportunity to engage with BBBS in a fun and meaningful way! Each sponsor has the opportunity to bring volunteers, however if you’d just like to sponsor with a monetary donation, we will have volunteers to staff your activity and we can discuss costs.
